Yes of course. You can either order yourself a one-off box using our gifting service, or you can subscribe and cancel after your first box if you don't wish to continue.
Subscriptions are currently dispatched on a Tuesday to keep deliveries as cost effective as possible for subscribers. If this is problematic for you do email us and we will be happy to see if we can help. For gift deliveries if the order is received before midday on a working day it will be despatched that day, otherwise it will be despatched the next working day. Our couriers offer next working day delivery to most locations in the UK.
Wine Obsessed is all about helping people to discover wines they may not usually choose. Alex therefore carefully curates each case for you. If you cannot drink a particular wine though (e.g. you don't drink Red Wine), you can email us and we'll be happy to see if we can adjust your desired case for you.
Some wines, especially from our Obsessed Picks cases, may benefit from decanting. Alex will always clearly point that out on the relevant postcard. If you do not have a decanter, you can buy them for less than £20 from online retailers. We recommend 1.5ltr flat bottomed decanters. You will also need a bottle opener and at least one wine glass!
We cover all delivery costs for the majority of locations within the Uk and unfortunately courier fees make it uneconomical for us to deliver a smaller numbers of bottles.
Of course! Just head to your account area and you should be able to see all the wines that have appeared in cases you have received. You will be able to choose which wines you'd like more of. Reorders are delivered in cases of six. Do email us if you have any issues.
We currently work with APC for our delivery services and absorb the cost for delivery to most UK locations. Some locations in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, parts of Scotland, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight do, however, incur significant delivery surcharges which we unfortunately have to pass on. If you live in a location with a surcharge and would like to subscribe, please do email us and we will see if we can find an alternative courier service offering better priced delivery to your location.
Our Signature Sips wines are, on average, the same price as a bottle of house wine at a pub but they are significantly more special. We don't offer wines at a cheaper price point because, whilst it's possible to find acceptable wines for less, we focus on wines that are truly worth obsessing over. We accept that we aren't for those who buy wine primarily on price, but we are for those who believe that a great bottle of wine is its own special occasion.
