Here you will find all the wines that we are obsessed with along with lots of helpful information to help you pick your own mixed case.

We select producers who:

• practice sustainable, organic-leaning and/or regenerative viticulture.
• cherish their vineyards and their environment e.g. sustainability in their use of water and energy; minimal or zero use of fertiliser.
• focus on soil health via minimal or zero use of herbicides, growing cover crops, winter animal grazing, etc.
• focus on wine quality, making wines that have integrity and authenticity; minimal-intervention wines with very low addition of sulphur dioxide - purely for wine stability rather than making up for poor winery hygiene.

We select wines for people that care, made by people that care; we favour the small over the large, the artisanal over the industrial, the esoteric and the trailblazers.

Wine not in excess, but in appreciation; wine as a life-affirming gift or treat, not as an over-produced commodity with damaging environmental consequences. Sadly, as in most things, this is wallet-dependent and we know that we can't be all things to all people.

The vast majority of our producers are family owned and run - some are tiny, some a little larger, but in the grand scheme of things still pretty small!

It is worth noting that there are still many producers who adhere to organic principles but prefer for practical and financial reasons not to be certified.

For any wines that aren't exclusive to us, you will find that our prices are highly competitive - indeed in many cases they are at the lowest price you can find online.
